What you're looking for is simply an inverter.
They are readily available to power small appliances from car
batteries.
You can obtain 50Hz or 60Hz units in 115vac or 220vac.
As long as the power rating of the inverter is greater than the
power requirement of your iBook power supply (in watts) it
will do the job.
