Don't despair!
Somebody might be getting it ready for posting onto the web. I know the
"Apple IIGS - Technical manual" was put online a few years back.
Otherwise, try the auction sites like E-Bay, Yahoo! Auctions, etc. Or
even, Synicomm's (owner/operator of A2Central.com) online store at:
http://store.syndicomm.com for reprinted Apple II material and other
goodies...
Or post a FREE wanted advertisement in "comp.sys.apple2.marketplace"
newsgroup for your own copy of the book.
