The ones I've tried have worked but there's a number of different Mac Plus mice. 6 or 7 years ago I opened up a couple dozen of them and found about 6 different designs. I remember being surprised that a mouse with one part number would have several different internal designs. I wonder if Apple subcontracted them and the subcontractors designed their own mechanism? Anyway there have been enough reports of Mac mice mot working with the IIe and IIc to surmise one of the designs is incompatible. Wayne
