The Apple II Emulators's Wargames page  had a bunch of docs. 
They seem to be down or have moved again, as Google's result is invalid.

ASimov has a bunch of manuels. Last I checked it was
ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net

Also, you might want to try checking out ProJect 64. They have a ton of
manuels for Apple II games.

As for 221B Baker Street, I have a copy of that myself, so I could
probably help you if you're having trouble. It wasn't that hard a game to
play.
