In addition to the one I mentioned previously, there is also the
generic 6502 version, simply called "Compute!'s Machine Language for
Beginners. It covers not only the Apple II, but also the VIC-20, PET,
and I think the Atari computers and the Commodore 64 (though I could
be wrong about those last two).
What I would really like to find (since my original disappeared years
ago) is "Compute!'s Apple IIGS Machine Language for Beginners.
