Open-Apple & A2-Central Copyright Holders???

I am trying to discern the current owner of the copyrighted drawings
that
originally appeared in Open-Apple and A2-Central, the Apple II
newsletter
from the late 1980's and early 1990's.  I would like to be able to use
one
or more of these cartoons in my own materials.

According to Eric Shepherd, of a2central.com:

Does anyone have any idea how to find Tom Weishaar, or the artist Rich
Tennant?
