I was unable to get the driver from there.  The HTTP link is gone, and
when I tried the FTP route, using the login and password provided, I
not only got an incorrect login; but my ftp client was thrown into
some sort of endless loop.  Only way to shut it down was to
CTRL-Alt-Delete out of there.

Anywhere else I can download this?  A Google search only turned up

And that requires a login and password.
