Contrary to the tag of "In Development" on the above page, the Casper
Web server is available as source code from MOSP.

At one point I was working on a newsreader application. The pre-alpha
source code was released long ago - in case anyone wished to work on
the GUI development. I don't know what the extent of distribution was,
possibly Delphi file archives.

I still have plans to put more effort into this, however it has been
stalled for many years.

I'll put down re-releasing it as a TODO item for me. When I do, it
will be here
