Bernie is good in that it's easy to use and set up but has a good
integration with the Mac for printing and transferring files back and
forth *. Although it emulates a GS and supports the GSOS and programs
specific to the GS, the GS can run as a normal enhanced //e when you
boot with a DOS3.3 or ProDOS disk. There is an html "manual" of sorts
for Bernie but basically, like most Mac programs you just do it.
* I am though having trouble with bin files losing their file type when
passing throuh the Mac with Bernie's integration system, if anybody has
any thought on that. Other file types come across fine. My workaround is
to shrink bin files before transferring them.
