Would AW5 even be usable off 5.25" disks?  I was under the impression
that it was useless unless (a) you had at least 256K RAM - 128K being
standard in most //e models - and (b) you had a 3.5" drive - because
it's monolithic.

3.0 might be one's best hope on an old //e.  I have 2.1.
