I've copied both of those. I just peeled back the label to read the type of
EPROM on the master, looked up the specs online if they weren't obvious,
then scrounged some old boards- PC video cards, etc- for EPROMs. I erased
the used ones with UV, read the master with an EPROM burner, then burned
copies.
A lot of them were 27C128's.  Your friend with the burner, or one of our
local gurus may know more.
