I completely understand your interest in getting an official 
release.

Art, when I contacted Brad he was very polite and wished me luck 
finding it -- the impression that I got was that he didn't care.
He didn't seem irritated, but since he has moved on to other 
things, I didn't see the point in continuing to nag him. But, 
that's no reason for Beverly to avoid trying to do things by the 
book.
