There are several PC utilities that can access the contents of an Apple II
DSK file. Among the stuff I have, I found the programs DSK_IN, DSK_OUT,
EXTRACT, READDISK, and VIEWDISK.

Sorry, I don't remember where I found them, but if you check the usual
emulator/DSK repositories online they should be easy enough to scare up.
