If you think that is bad, you should see what happened to a bunch of
external SCSI cases we have here at work. The rubber feet liquified.
They were left with a thin central core and all the rest ran off onto
the surface the drive was resting on. The first time this happened I
thought it had got too hot but the next one was definitely not hot.
These were light grey feet and were dreadful to clean up afterwards.
