BIOS ROMs for clones, and ROM paging info?

I'd like to emulate some of the old Apple ][+ clones...that were a
hair different from a stock ][+.
Does anyone have any information about the BIOS ROMs on these
machines, how they are banked, and if they will run on a 1-65C02
"machine"? (Some clones have 2 6502s?) Just for the sake of
completeness. :)
