I think that Prodos is not the issue.  The Profix boot disk is a dos 3.3 disk. It
just setups Prodos volumes as a dos 3.3 volume. You must boot from that disk and can
then access the 3.5 drive or any scsi drives even the Corvus drive is possible ---
and who knows what else -- ? a Pc remote drive maybe.

My understanding is
you can setup various volume sizes such as  143k,  400k.  My understanding is that a
volume is limited to 400k. There is also a limit on the number of volumes per
physical drive,  that being less then 62.
