There is  probably an infinte number if you hang around.
I must admit I haven't played this game in many years ..... (although
hopefully I will get back into it, as I am getting a IIGS soon, it was many
years ago I sold my last Apple Machine).

Basically as soon as you have defeated one enemy, you need to move towards
the right as fast as possible, until you reach the next enemy guy.
You are able to run  - hold up on the joystick to stand vertical, and then
diagonal top right if I remember correctly, to run right. If you don't run,
but do the side step thing, it will probably take you a while to get to the
next stage.

Great game though, probably one of my faves when I had my Apple way back in
the 80's. That, Loderunner and Rescue Raiders, consumed the vast majority of
my teens !
