Re: Got everything, now how do I start it?
If you boot the System disk (one of the 7 GS/OS 6.01 floppys) can you see
the HDD or at least the ProDOS partitions on the desktop ?
If not, how did you get two ProDOS partitions and a HFS ? Mac ?
The ProDOS partitions must be first, or at least one of them.
When you boot the GS/OS 6.0.1 Install disk you click on the DISK button to
select a different drive to install, if you ProDOS partitions don't show up
then there is a problem somewhere. not sure what, but I have had problems
getting my GS to see Mac ProDOS formatted SCSI drive. Normally I format the
drive with AHS SCSI Tools on the GS with better results.
Once you are able to install, make sure you also install the HFS option
otherwise you won't be able to see the HFS partition later when you boot the
HDD, and instead it will eject it on every boot (soft eject not physical)
