Not that I'm aware of. There really isn't a need. If the SHK file
contains a shrunk disk image (and in this case the file extension is
usually SDK) then you can use Nulib2 to unpack it to a raw disk image
which you can usually just rename to have a DSK, DO or PO extension (I
can't remember whether Nulib2 supports unpacking to both DOS 3.3 and
ProDOS order images or not, though). If you need to you can use other
utilities to convert the raw image into the correct type that you
need.

You'd be better off using Fishwings to simply copy the SHK file onto
disk images and then using ShrinkIt or GSHK (if you are running a IIgs
emulator) to unpack them under emulation. If you don't do it this way
you run the risk of losing the filetype information for the files you
copy over which means that programs may not run and such.
