Well , it would take alot more than 30 mins since the city state is part of
the user list and used for logon. I know alot of this data is set in memory
areas, but not sure about that. And for being buggy, I run FidoNet, UseNet,
and internet email - so for being a "buggy" system, got to be doing
something right.
as I said, most bbs's will ask for city state, that is just the way it was
made. I dont feel this is a major issue, just make something up.
