I recall reading somewhere that the //c did acquire an award or two for
its design, though I don't recall the specifics... it's too bad Apple 
didn't hold to that aesthetic instead of going for the 'platinum' look.
I don't think Apple really came close to the //c (design-wise) until the
introduction of the iMac. I'm sure, though, a lot of people would argue
that the lack of expandability makes both less than desirable...
