I do too... :-)
But do you really need to ask this question? Why don't you instead
just examine the headers of the posts here? The header of your post
contained this line:
X-Newsreader: trn 4.0-test76 (Apr 2, 2001)
and the header of another post contained this line:
X-Newsreader: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2600.0000
By examining this, you'll get to know also which VERSION of the
newsreader they use -- and also for people who wouldn't respond to
your post.

My news server is available to me only through a dial-up modem. It
works but is a little bit slow. I also have an ADSL connection
where my host has no news server. So I'm looking for a remote
news server somewhere -- any ideas or suggestions?

I fully agree with Lookout Express -- avoiding that program is
probably the single action which will enhance the security of your
own computer the most. However, even as a Windoze user, you're not
forced to use Lookout Express -- yes, it's there and lazy people
don't bother to look further, but there are alternatives (Netscape
mail/newsreader, Eudora, Pine, Agent, to name just a few).
