Re: Disk Copy-like app for the IIGS?

Speaking of Disk Copy, this utility does actually support ProDOS disk
images. Apple distributes GS/OS 6.0.1 in Disk Copy 4.2 format. Seeing
compact Macintosh models are dirt cheap, even a Macintosh SE would come in
handy as a tool for any Apple II enthusiest. The SE would be perfect because
it's compatible with the IIgs keyboard and mouse, so you don't even have to
have an extra set of those items.

The question, however, is why I haven't seen any GS/OS based utilities that
can read Disk Copy 4.2 images? Or maybe there are and I just haven't seen
them (I'm much more into Macs than Apple IIs). I would imagine the image
specifications are available seeing other utilities on the Macintosh, such
as Shrinkwrap, can read and even mount these images onto the desktop.
