where to go for old mac questions (i know this is an apple group)

hi eveyrone

i am just not sure which group would be the best one for finding info
on old macs.

I know that most everyone in this group is quite intelligent with
older apples but i need to find a simliar group for old mac users.

basiclaly my buddy bought an old mac centris 610 with a pc card in it
and we don't know how to boot the windows 3.1 that is in a partition
on the hard drive (there is a msdos partition).. and i just was unsure
what newsgroup to ask the question at..
