Z80  2.5 MHz
Z80A 4.0 MHz
Z80B 6.0 MHz
Z80C 4.0 MHz CMOS
Z80H 8.0 MHz

I also saw something with Z?? 180 at the end which was, I think, faster
still, or at least 8 HHz or more.
