Apple IIc+ laptop?

After struggling with trash (a tandy 1110HD) for over a month, I have
realized my only hope for a decent laptop is probably an Apple IIc+. I
alreary have the LCD, and I'm shure somebody out there sells 1 meg ram
boards.(WHO?)
But the most important thing a laptop can have is a battery. It's
what makes it portable. Has anyone else ever installed a battery pack
in a IIc+, or do I have to invent this one myself? I hope not, because
I'm a pretty lousy inventor...:(
