disk image question

I have a disk image to disk question that I'm almost positive is answered
in the FAQ, but I don't have a current link to it, or ground.

I'm trying to figure out what advice to give somebody about using archives
found on Ground (or other FTP sites) or images on Asimov. THis person is
using a 128K Apple IIe with a couple of 5.25" drives (no 3.5" drives), and
wants to download disk images and other archives from the net at work
using either an iMac or a Powermac, then make 5.25" disks out of them. She
has no other computer available at home with which to use a null-modem,
not that I can see how she could use them without something larger than a
5.25" disk.

Short of giving me the disk images to transfer with my Apple IIGS complete
with hard drive & super drive, what options does she have?

It was my stupid idea to recomend trying to find an old Apple IIe in the
scrap heap because she said to my mother that she wants to be able to use
Reader Rabbit for her son, as well as a typing program. Now I'm not sure
how to help other than doing the work for them, as the method I've used
for years seems to require a 3.5" drive to get the images.
