I tried that with poor results. Mostly even if you boot a P8 program off
a 1600k floppy it won't recognize the 1600k disk.
One idea I had was that if you prebooted a very abbreviated system that
had the AEHD driver then logically it seemed that you should be able to
do a second boot off a 1600k floppy but that didn't work out either.
Seems that part way through that second boot the system has forgotten the
AEHD driver and hasn't reloaded it again off the 1600k disk so suddenly
it can't find the 1600k disk it was booting off and asks you to insert
it.
It seems to me that the AEHD+ was different from the AEHD but
unfortunately I can't recall the difference.
