Use Shrinkit, and he can use Shrinkit on his end to extract it. Or you can
put it on a 3.5" disk, and use DiskCopy on the Mac to make a disk image, and
he can use DiskCopy on a Mac on his end to make it back into a ProDos 3.5"
disk.
