Yes, however you need to daisy chain it so that the 5.25" drive is
connected to the 3.5" drives, not the other way around. Also, if you have
a superdrive, you need a card in slot five, but then you connect the 5.25"
drives to the disk drive port instead of the 3.5" drive.
The 5.25" drives will be mapped to slot 6.
