I have used Localtalk cards in a 486 PC with 33MHz processor and I
would expect them to work in almost any ISA bus PC. The reference to
"up to 25MHz" processors means that the manufacturers tested the card
at that speed. In early PCs, the ISA bus speed changed whenever the
processor speed changed. This practice stopped and PC manufacturers
settled for a standard max ISA bus speed of 8.33MHz.
