I usually find that it's some sort of file type confusion -- try just
dropping it over the Stuffit Expander icon, or to run SE and expand that
file by name.

Nice! Sounds like fun.

As an aside -- nice BBS, too. I like the hardware hookup as well as the
telnet->serial code. What I think we need to do is get you an Ethernet card
and a TCP/IP stack for the GS to support even more callers into the GS-based
BBS. ;)
