In adition you will need Disk 7. Apple doesn't mention that it contains the 
newer startup code for booting the Apple II.

This is a disk has an Installer to be run on the Mac server.
AppleShare 3.0 files are dated March 1992
Disk 7 contains 5 newer files dated May 7, 1993...
