Interesting--is there any particular reason for preferring slot 7?
(I always used slot 4 for my CP/M cards.)  Seems like slot 7would
make it a little harder to use a hard disk (for non-CP/M uses).

.SDK images are whole-disk images, so they work for any operating
system as long as the low-level formatting (sixteen 256-byte sectors/track)
is the same.

ShrinkIt will format the disk before writing the image, or you can format
them yourself with DOS 3.3, ProDOS, or even CP/M.
