Pardon my oversight, Rubywand, but where?  I was just at
ftp.apple.asimov.net, and about the most I found was a system504.ZIP archive
(SDK) that appears to contain a 5.04 boot disk.  While I don't have the
facilities to host a mirror, I guarantee that if I can get my hands on
System 4.x and 5.x, I'll give 'em an online presence. :-)
