Unfortunately, not many 40 meg drives will work with the Vulcan 40 firmware.
Upgrading to the Vulcan Gold firmware might help. There are a lot of 2-head
40 meg drives that won't work with the 40 meg Vulcan firmware, but I haven't
tried them with the Gold firmware.

That's OK, the purpose of this group is keeping the Apple II platform alive.
I'm just happy to be able to pay back some of the help I've gotten here over
the years.
