My aunt used to do it all the time. Luckily the kid is 11 now so he's
completely capable of watching his younger brother o.0

Once when he was about 8, the kids were both with our grandparents and they
couldn't find the carseat. Nicholas (Older kid) held the baby on his lap,
and when his mother found out, guess who got yelled at?

Not the "adult in charge"...not the person driving...not the father for not
being around. Not herself for neglecting her kids & having her own parents
raise them both. She blamed Nicholas, who was 8, for not being a sufficient
father figure for her baby. -.- I don't like my aunt.

So yeah, there's people like that out there.
