not that I know of but if you happen to be lucky enough to have an
older macintosh (with a floppy drive, not a USB mac) and an Apple II
with both 5.25 and 3.5 drives, then you're in luck:
ADFS can read in a 2img file (or a nib or DiskCopy file) and spit out
a DOS or ProDOS order file :-) (un-nibblized, and no 2img or DiskCopy
header)
in fact it can read in *any* unknown image file format and correctly
guess the file format, sector order and operating system, then save
the disk in a *known* format.
