Floppy Disk Image wanted for book "Apple Fun and Games" by Clifford M. Wilcox

If anyone has a disk image - or the original disk or a copy of the original
disk - of the above book, or knows where I can get one, please email me and
let me know.

I have just purchased the book - second hand - and would like a disk image
to save re-typing 1,000's of lines of code ...  ;)  Not that I plan on doing
this, but it is always good to have the companion disk for the book.

I wonder if Clifford M. Wilcox still lives at the same address he lived at
in 1985 when he published the book and said in the intro - if you want the
disk, write to me ....  If I can't find the disk anywhere else, this may be
worth a shot !!  ;))
