Well, Copy II Plus v9.1 or any previous version will not properly handle
extended files (those with resource forks). In fact I hope you are not using
it on your Apple IIgs, Kegs32, or XGS with GS/OS. It has bugs that caused me
many problems before I removed it. That was quite a few years ago so I don't
remember exactly what it did, but I remember they were serious. Maybe someone
else can jog my memory.
One earlier version would actually trash your hard drive when doing a catalog
sort, I believe.
If you do keep it on an Apple IIgs I believe you should only use it for bit
copying and not for any of the other file utilities.

FishWings will not copy extended files either and I will readily admit that
FishWings has some bugs but I was unaware that FishWings caused any problem
with the free/used blocks. Does this show up with any other program besides
Copy II Plus? I am reluctant to use Copy II Plus to check due to the reasons
stated above.

By the way I seem to remember that there was a Copy II Plus version 10 but I
never saw it.
