Getting it working with an old RGB monitor is pretty good work! What
sort of monitor are you using?
I do not have any info on the RGB card; but, maybe someone else here
does.
How is the card performing? (Like, do you get good Text and good colors
for hires graphics? Do you get good colors for double hires?)
Is the card plugged into an enhanced IIe-- e.g. a IIe with 128k that can
display double-hires? What Slot is the card in? (Probably, it should be in
Slot 7.)
Does the card have a model number or date etched or stamped on it
somewhere?
