Certainly people should be polite here, and respectful of people like the
Ground Librarian and Rubywand who are doing a great service to us all.

I'm not really sure what your point is.  It sounds like you are making
excuses for Richard Bennet.
There's no excuse for that sort of language and personal attacks on valuable
members of the Apple II community.
