16K cache is less than optimum for a ZipGSX. When I had a couple of them
back in the early-mid '90's I got a bigger boost going from 16k to 32k
cache at 7mhz than I did going from 7mhz to 10mhz with only 16k of
cache. Try increasing the cache size, if you can.
The other thing to check is that the slot you are booting the demo from
is set to fast (in the Zip CDA, not the IIgs control panel, although it
should be fast there too ;)
That is the only two things I can think of.
