It LOOKS like a SCSI card, but not one that I'm familiar with. Also, a SCSI
or even a SASI card (precursor to SCSI) has a ROM chip and some sort of
large IC to do the processing. I don't see either of those on there. So it
seems unlikely to be a hard disk controller card.
