Fastest way to convert files from A2 to PC?

Hey all,

I'm in the process of transferring my aging 5.25" floppies to my PC
(using ADT).  Now that my data is safe from deteriorating further, I
want to find the best way to transfer my old data from the disk images
to PC-readable documents.

Ideally, there'd be a utility which could read a disk image, let me
choose files that I'd like to transfer, and let me convert them
appropriately.  File types I'm primarily iterested in are: Appleworks,
Multiscribe, plain text, and perhaps standard picture files (i.e.:
hgr2; bload picture, a$4000).  This would all be done without having
to launch an emulator.

Does anyone know if such a utility exists?
