Looks like it will accept CGA/NTSC scan rates, and analog RGB in,
so it should be happy with a IIgs (as the description says).  Of course
a suitable IIgs-to-DE9 cable will also be required.

Another potential problem is that you'll need a cable that takes
the 4 BNC's out (R,G,B,Sync) to a monitor.  Very industrial-strength!
