As far as I know, db Master, by Stoneware (Barney Stone) is the ONLY
relational database program available for the 8-bit Apple //. I have
been looking for a copy for (litterally) years. I have looked on
eBay. I have tried to contact Stoneware, or Mr. Stone, himself. I've
prowled garage sales, swap meets ad infinum (ad nauseum). I even
tried the beloved/loathed Asimov. Its got APW5, but no db Master.
Does anyone know where a copy is available? I'm not a collector, nor
am I interested in using it for actual business. (I have Access for
that.) I'm just an old hobbiest who has been playing around with Apple
//'s since '79 and actually didn't go PC (politically correct, or
personal computer? I never can remember) 'til '95. Therefore, I'm not
going to pay an arm and a leg for it, but I can make a reasonable
offer.
I think that this is my last resort.
