Shiva FastPath 5 software

Rembering the Kinetics FastPaths I used to have to reboot all the time
at OSU ;), I purchased a Shiva FastPath 5 on eBay.  It came with a
good copy of the manual, but the software disk was blank.  The seller
must be on vacation, and I'd like to play NOW, NOW, NOW!

I ask here because I figure someone with a IIgs might be using one of
these routers... can any one point me to or send me some the software
to run on a Mac and configure one?

Shiva bought Kinetics, Intel bought Shiva.  Evidentally, you used to
be able to download the software from Shiva and Intel, but I can't
find it.
