Using Apple ][ 5 1/4 " disks with an older Mac IICi

Hello!

I have some old Apple II floppy disks I would like to access on a Mac.

I have an external 5 1/4" drive, a Mac IIci (which has a floppy port on the
back) which is running System 7.1. (I have other versions of the Mac OS)

I am wondering if anyone has tips on how to access my Apple prodos and
applebasic disks and get at the software I have saved. Its old college
stuff, and Id really like to access it before the disks crap out.
