Try pulling all the cards and drives and seeing if it'll work any
better then.
If not then likely it's got problems.
It it does then try reinstalling the cards one at a time
(with the power off) If you come to a card that it won't work with,
try just that card. If it won't function with that card then you
have the problem. If it'll function with all of the cards but not
all together then you likely have a power supply problem.
